COMES NOW the Petitioner and moves this Court for an order compelling Respondent
to provide answers to Interrogatories and responses to Requests for Production. In support of
this motion, Petitioner states:
1, Respondent has been properly served with Interrogatories and Requests for Production
through his counsel of record.
2. More than thirty (30) days has passed since service of said discovery requests without
any response thereto.
3. Counsel for Petitioner has contacted Respondent’s counsel to discuss this matter and it is
apparent that Respondent will not provide responses to the discovery requests absent an order
from this Court.
4. This Court has authority to enter an order compelling Respondent to provide responses to
the discovery requests pursuant to 12 O.S. Section 3237(A).
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Court will enter an order compelling
Respondent to provide answers to Interrogatories and responses to Requests for Production,
