NOTICE OF SEIZURE AND INTENDED FORFEITURE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Title 63 O. 8. § 2-503 and 2-506., of the
seizure and intended forfeiture of Eight Hundred Thirty Six Dollars ($836.00) in
U.S. Currency (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Currency”).

Said Defendant Currency was seized on or about the 20" day of December,
2018 from Joseph Rawlings. Notice is further given that Plaintiff is asserting that the
Defendant Currency should be forfeited for one or more of the following reasons:

{1) 63 O.S. § 2-503(A)(6)
