COMES NOW the plaintiff, Candice Nicole Pavlovsky, pro se, and for a Complaint for
Divorce filed herein against the defendant, Jeremy Joseph Pavlovsky, respectfully states and alleges:
1, That Plaintiff has been a resident of Craighead County, Arkansas for more than sixty (60) days
prior to the filing of this Complaint.
Defendant is a resident of St. Charles County, Missouri.
That this cause of action occurred within five years last past from the date of this complaint.
That the plaintiff and defendant were lawfully married on 12/29/2021 in Branson, MO and lived
together as husband and wife until they separated on or about 09/01/2023; the parties have
continued to live separate and apart since that date.
That plaintiff is seeking a divorce on the grounds that during the marriage of the parties, Defendant
has offered such indignities to the person of the Plaintiff as to render Plaintiff's condition in life
intolerable.
That there are no minor children of the marriage and none are expected.
That the plaintiff should be restored her former name of Candice Nicole Mullins.
That there are no marital property rights or debts to be adjudicated.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays that she be granted an absolute divorce from the defendant; for
restoration of plaintiff's former name to Candice Nicole Mullins; and for all other just and proper
telief to which she is entitled.
