Please make these adjustments to the site plan review prior to the next meeting. Relating to the stie plan, the Planning Board is requesting that the front row of car parking and advertising signage, which is in the right-of-way of the road, be removed from the site plan. Also list the number of related customer parking spaces, handicap spaces, as well as the number of employee parking. Indicate which parking areas will be gravel and which to be paved. Please provide a timeline by which the paved parking would be completed. All signage for parking, traffic flow and advertising should be listed with location on site plan along with a detailed description of size, materials, colors, and labeled with name of business. The planning board is also requesting a letter from the County Highway Department, listing, and approving all driveway locations for new larger parking areas. A cut sheet providing all exterior lighting, which should be dark sky compliant, should be provided with the site plan. Please show on the site plan where portable bathrooms may be located when needed to serve the public. The Planning Board is also requesting, in writing, documentation of the daily operating hours of both the proposed new business as well as the current business, Heritage Hill. Also provide expected delivery times for each business, hours of music play, and expected times for permitted firework displays. It has been suggested that a lot-line adjustment be added to the proposal to put the developed area all one tax map number. Occupancy loads should also be placed on each building that is listed on the site plan. Please set a time with the codes officer to assign each building a number for occupancy loads.
