Comes now the State of Arkansas, Office of Child Support Enforcement and for its
Motion states:
1. The Intervenor is involved in the establishment or enforcement of a support order
herein pursuant to its responsibilities under Ark. Code Ann. § 9-14-210(d) under
which ANNA E. PARKER, physical custodian, is the recipient of services under
Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.
2. That this case may result in the adjudication of a duty of support entered or to be
entered of record herein.

3. That Intervenor, pursuant to Federal Regulation and state law, is required to be
involved in the modification of the support obligation herein to an appropriate
amount, and enforcement of the support Order. Intervenor is so situated that the
disposition of this action may, as particular matter, impair or impede its ability to
protect its interest herein unless it is allowed to intervene.
WHEREFORE, Intervenor prays the Court to enter its Order allowing the State of
Arkansas, Office of Child Support Enforcement, to intervene herein and for all other
relief to which it is entitled under law.
