Comes Meredith Wineland, and for her Motion to be Relieved as Attorney of
Record, states:
1 Meredith Wineland filed a Motion to Intervene in behalf of Sandra Busby,
who is the grandmother of the minor children.
2. That Sandra Busby intervened in order to obtain guardianship of the
minor children of Kayla Ellingston. Sandra is the maternal grandmother of the minor
chikldren.
3. That Meredith Wineland was representing both Kayla and Sandra so long
as they were in agreement regarding the children.
4 It has now come to a point where Sandra Busby and Kayla Ellingston are
diverse in their request, and both of them are seeking the children.
5. Meredith Wineland now has a conflict of interest and is being relieved as
attorney for Sandra Busby by permitting Will A. Kueter to substitute as her attorney.
Likewise, Kala Ellingston needs to obtain an attorney since Meredith Wineland has a
conflict.

6. That there are no fees to be refunded and no money is due to Meredith
Wineland. No prejudice will occur if Meredith Wineland is released as attorney since
there is no hearing.
WHEREFORE, FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, Meredith Wineland prays
that she be released as attorney of record for Kayla Ellingston, and for all other
proper relief to which she may be entitled.
