LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
WILBUR GREEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
1, WILBUR GREEN, being over the age of 18 years and of sound and
my
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me at any
time.
FIRST: It is my will that expenses of my last illness and funeral expense,
including cost of a suitable grave marker, be fully paid as soon as practicable after
my death.
SECOND: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situated, of which

I may be seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled, to my wife, Jeanie
Green.
THIRD: In the event my wife should predecease me or we should perish in
rest,
a common disaster, then in that event, I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the
residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever
situated, of which I may be seized or possessed or to which J may be entitled, to my
son, Clinton Wilbur Green.
FOURTH: I name as personal representative of this Will my wife, Jeanie J.

Green, and if for any cause the nominated personal representative should be unable
to serve in this capacity, I name my son, Clinton Wilbur Green, to serve as personal
representative hereunder with said party to serve without bond or with a minimum
bond as may be required by law or rule of practice in the court having jurisdiction
over my estate. Without diminution or restriction of the powers vested by law in the
personal representative or elsewhere in this instrument any personal representative
of my estate shall have all administrative powers applicable to personal
representatives which are provided for by the Arkansas Fiduciary Powers Act 1961
(Arkansas Code Annotated Sections 28-69-301 to 28-69-304 inclusive) including
the power of sale, mortgage and exchange of assets.
