All attorneys are required to review this Order with their clients upon a new filing, their entry of appearance,
or the case re-opening. All parties (whether they have an attorney or not) are subject to this order under penalty
of Contempt of Court. A finding of contempt
can result in fines, penalties, attomey’s fees, and/or jail. The
Plaintiff is bound by this Order upon filing this suit. The Defendantis bound upon being served with this suit
and a copy of this Order. This Standing Restraining Order shall be in effect whenever the case is open or re-
opened, and shall be re-served along with the motion upon a re-opening.
1 ‘The parties’ minor children may not leave the State
of Arkansas without the written agreement ofthe
parties or the permission of the court while the case is open. The parties are instructed to cooperate and act
reasonably regarding previously planned trips and vacations.
2 Each party is prohibited from harassing each other or their children. This includes making insulting
comments in person, via phone or text message, or by posting insulting remarks or photos in public forums or
on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Each party is prohibited trom making (or allowing others to make) insulting comments about the other party
where the children could hear or later learn of the comments.
3 Each party is prohibited from selling, taking a loan against, contracting to sell, hiding, intentionally
damaging, destroying, or otherwise disposing of any property or assets belonging to the parties except in the
ordinary course of business.
