STANDING RESTRAINING ORD!
All to divorce, custody, support, or separate maintenance suits in the Circuit Courts of the Sixteenth
Judicial District are subject to this order from the date of service of summons, unless this order is specifically
modified by the Court.
1. Each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from causing, or permitting, the minor children of
the parties to be removed from the jurisdiction of this court.
2. Each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from doing, attempting to do, or threatening to do any act of
injuring, maltreating, vilifying, molesting, or harassing the adverse party or any ofthe children of the
parties.
3. Each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from selling, encumbering, contracting to sell, or otherwise
disposing of, or removing from the jurisdiction of this Court, any of the property belonging to the parties, -
except in the ordinary course of business.
4, Each party is hereby enjoined and restramed from canceling, terminating or interfering with insurance
contracts or insurance benefits in effect and provisions that have an affect on the opposite spouse or minor
children.
5. This order shall be binding upon the parties to any domestic relations action filed and upon their agents,
servants, employees, and all ofher persons acting in concert with sud parties.
6. ach party is hereby retrained ftom commiting ects of domestic abuse and are excluded from each
other’s dwelling.
7. Any law enforcement officer within his/her jurisdiction, to whom this Order is presented, shall enforce
the terms herein forthwith by incarceration of the party violating this Order. fa party is incarcerated, this
Court shall be notified immediately.
8. Violations by any party of this order will be considered Contempt of Court. Punishment of Contempt of
Conrt may be in te Sorm of fine, imprisonment, or both, socording to the circumstances.
