Hon. Craig P. Miller is a judge for the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the bench in 2007 and retained in 2017.
During his judicial tenure, Miller has served as the president judge in Clinton County.
He received a B.A. from Lock Haven University in 1980. Miller went on to complete a J.D. at Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson Law in 1983.
After graduating from law school, he began his legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Carson V. Brown, former president judge of the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas (1983 to 1985). Upon completing his clerkship, Miller joined the Clinton County District Attorney's Office, though his time as an assistant district attorney was brief. Later that same year, he became the public defender in Clinton County and worked in that capacity until his election to the bench (1985 to 2008).
His memberships have included the Clinton County Bar Association (past president), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
Miller is a graduate of Bucktail Area High School.
