Hon. Daniel C. Brock is a judge for the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Arkansas. He was elected to the bench in 2020.
The 17th Judicial Circuit includes Prairie and White Counties.
Prior to his election, Brock spent over ten years as a private practice attorney. During that time, his practice included civil litigation matters involving contract, construction, real estate, foreclosure, collection, trade secret, negligence and fraud disputes. He also handled appellate cases and probate matters.
Brock received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas. He went on to complete a J.D. at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
Brock was born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas. At the time of his election, he resided in Searcy with his wife, Jen, and their two children. Brock believes that a judge should apply the law as it is written, not legislate from the bench.
