Dawn S. Grosso is an arbitrator for the New York State Supreme Court in the Seventh Judicial District of New York.
In addition to that position, Grosso has managed a solo practice in Fairport, handling matters involving civil litigation, estates, business law, real estate, bankruptcy, contracts, foreclosure, and zoning. She has also taught as an associate professor of law at the Keuka College of Business.
Prior to these positions, Grosso worked for seven years as a confidential counsel and legal advisor for two justices of the Supreme Court in the Seventh Judicial District.
She began her legal career as an attorney at a Rochester law firm after graduating from law school.
Grosso received a B.S. in accounting and management from Alfred University. She then worked for a time as a trust and estate tax accountant for Chase Bank before completing a J.D. at Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law.
Her memberships have included the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, and the Monroe County Bar Association.
Grosso has also held memberships with the Town of Victor Planning Board (chairperson), the New York State Planning Federation, the American Accounting Association, the Financial Planning Association, the Keuka College Graduate Program Committee, and the Barefoot Resort, Ironwood Homeowner Association.
