Lemire ultimately returned to the District Attorney’s Office in 2001, serving out the remainder of his tenure as chief of the Financial Crime Unit.
Lemire also taught Business Law, Criminal Law, Litigation, and Real Estate Law as an adjunct professor of continuing education at Assumption College. In addition, he served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Paralegal and Criminal Justice Programs there.
