The Hon. Joseph P. Graham is a judge for the Garland County District Court in Arkansas. He was elected to the bench in 2018.
Prior to his election, Graham was the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Garland County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. In this capacity, he is tasked with handling all homicide and rape cases in Garland County.
Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in history and psychology from the University of Arkansas. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Graham entered into private practice. He worked in that capacity for twenty, supplementing his practice with service as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Garland County.
His memberships have included the Arkansas Prosecuting Attorneys Association, the National District Attorneys Association, the Hot Springs Rotary Club, and the Jeff Farris Leadership Academy.
He and his wife, Erica, have two children. Erica has taught at Lake Hamilton Middle School. The family attends Piney Grove United Methodist Church.
