The Hon. Martha B. Tanner (Ret.) served as a judge for the 166th (Civil) District Court in Bexar County, Texas. Tanner was elected to the bench in 1992. She retired at the conclusion of her term in 2013 and became a visiting judge for the Bexar County District Court.
