The Hon. Paul K. Woodward is a district judge for the Oklahoma Fourth Judicial District. He was elected to the bench in 2010, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Ronald Franklin.
Prior to his election, Woodward was a special judge for the Garfield County District Court, a position to which he was named in 2007. Before that, he was an attorney in private practice in Oklahoma City and Enid.
Woodward earned a bachelor’s degree in American studies from Oklahoma Christian College in 1982. He then completed a J.D. at Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma (1985) and the United States District Court for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma (1985).
Raised in Garfield County, Oklahoma, Woodward attended Enid High School. He and his wife, Becky, have two adult children.
