The Hon. Robin F. Green is a judge for the 19th West Judicial Circuit Court in Arkansas. She was elected to the bench in 2008 and re-elected in 2014 and 2020.
Over the course of her judicial career, Green has held assignments as a special judge for the Arkansas Supreme Court. She also served on the Arkansas Criminal Rules Committee and the Access to Justice Commission, and she sat on the Board of the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory.
Green earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Hendrix College in 1990. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1993. As a law student, she clerked for the Law Office of William Wilson.
After graduating from law school, Green entered into private practice in Benton County. She served in that capacity until 2000, at which time she became the Prosecuting Attorney for Benton County.
Her memberships have included the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Judicial Council, and the Benton County Bar Association. She has also been involved with the Board of Advisors of the Northwest Arkansas Community College Paralegal Program.
Green was a resident of Rogers, Arkansas, at the time of her election.
