The Hon. Robin Malone Darr (Ret.) was a judge for the 385th District Court of Texas in Midland County. Darr was elected to the bench in 2004, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon. Willie Dubose. Darr retired in 2020.
Prior to her election, Darr was an assistant district attorney for the Midland County District Attorney's Office, a position to which she was named in 1985.
Darr earned a B.B.A. from Baylor University in 1980. She then completed a J.D. at Baylor University School of Law in 1982.
After graduating from law school, Darr spent time as a special assistant to the Texas Secretary of State and a legislative assistant to the Office of the Texas House of Representatives. She served in that capacity until 1983.
Darr is a registered Republican.
