The Hon. Tina Brooks Green is a judge for the 34th District Court of Michigan. She was elected to the bench on November 8, 1994.
Prior to her election, Green worked as an attorney in private practice. She also spent time as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office as well as an assistant attorney general for the Michigan Department of Attorney General.
Green earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University. She then completed a J.D. at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1988.
She has been actively involved with the Huron Township Applefest (vice chair) and the Belleville Strawberry Festival (parade chair).
