Crt: the court noted the motions they are present for and those are pre-decree; the remaining issues are financials issue; the court questions if we are going through these issues again. Olson: understands what the court is saying; concerned whether if they had enough time to address the temporary orders; Myge: believes those issues can be resolved in the temporary matter. Crt: the court wanted to go through the remaining issues; the court placed those issues on the record; noted past due child support. Olson: yes that is an issue. Crt: the court also noted the other outstanding issues and noted the automatic restraining order will be still in effect; and alimony is still outstanding; and payment of legal expenses; the court noted other matters that was resolved; the request for father to pay child support for both children is outstanding; the court questions the payment of $10,000. Olson: legal expenses will increase; his client wanted to request more then what was requested; but he is in agreement that each be paid $10,000 for legal fees. Myge: her client agrees. Crt: the court noted that there are some moneys still in the marital estate; the court questions as to how long will it take to resolve all of the remaining issues; the court noted temporary alimony may not extend; and child support they can crunch those numbers together; they might use this time to resolve those issues.
