No persons appeared with objections or any other additions to the record. Pursuant to the Order of Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald filed under SCMF No. 20-0000152 regarding the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and in accordance with Rule 8 of the Rules of the Circuit Courts of the State of Hawaii, the Court hereby grants the Petition for Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative, filed February 11, 2023 (Petition) without oral argument, subject to the Courts receipt and review of a Declaration in Support of Attorneys Fees and Costs, if any, as follows: 1. The Court find and determine: a. the Testator is dead; b. venue is proper; c. the proceeding was commenced within time limitations prescribed by the laws of this State; d. decedent's domicile at death was as stated in the petition; e. decedent's heirs are as stated in the petition; f. The instrument dated September 18, 2006 is valid and unrevoked; 2. The instrument dated September 18, 2006 is admitted to probate as and for the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. 3. Petitioner is appointed to serve as Personal Representative without bond. 4. Letters Testamentary shall issue for a period of three (3) years, unless renewed for good cause. 5. Unsupervised administration may be maintained. 6. Attorneys fees and costs are approved, subject to the Courts receipt and review of a Declaration in Support of Attorneys Fees and Costs. 7.
