No persons appeared with objections or any other additions to the record. Pursuant to the Order of Chief Justice Mark E. The Court find and determine: a. the Testator is dead; b. venue is proper; c. the proceeding was commenced within time limitations prescribed by the laws of this State; d. decedent's domicile at death was as stated in the petition; e. decedent's heirs are as stated in the petition; f. The instrument dated September 18, 2006 is valid and unrevoked; 2. The instrument dated September 18, 2006 is admitted to probate as and for the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. 3. Petitioner is appointed to serve as Personal Representative without bond. 4. Letters Testamentary shall issue for a period of three (3) years, unless renewed for good cause. 5. Unsupervised administration may be maintained. 6. Attorneys fees and costs are approved, subject to the Courts receipt and review of a Declaration in Support of Attorneys Fees and Costs. 7.
