However, the requirement as described under HRS 560:3-108(a)(4) authorizing tardy probate or appointment has been met; the Decedent left no valid will, and therefore, died intestate; the Estate of the Decedent be distributed pursuant to HRS 560:2-103(3); the Decedent's domicile at death was as stated in the petition; the Decedent's heirs are as stated in the petition. Petitioner is appointed to serve as Personal Representative without bond. Letters of Administration shall issue for a period of three (3) years, unless renewed for good cause, with the following limitations on power: The personal representative has no right to possess estate assets as provided in HRS section 560:3-709 beyond that necessary to confirm title thereto in the successors to the estate and claims other than expenses of administration may not be presented against the estate.
