The Court finds: a. The Decedent is dead; b. Venue is proper; c. The proceeding was commenced within the time limitations prescribed by the law of this State; d. The Decedent left no valid Will, and, therefore died intestate; e. The Decedent's domicile at death was stated in the Petition; f. The Decedent's heirs are as stated in the Petition; 2. Formal administration of the estate may be maintained. 3. Petitioner Kathleen Kane is appointed to serve as Personal Representative without bond. 4. Letters of Administration shall issue for a period of three (3) years, unless renewed for good cause. 5. Unsupervised administration may be maintained. 6. September 07, 2023 | Docket Event | MinutesBefore court opened Court placed on the record the fact that the scheduling and the hearings we will be doing today, many of them will be non-hearing motions or at least they will be called and minute orders will be issued pursuant to the current emergency situation with COVID-19. As such, the Court took judicial notice of the order issued by the Chief Justice this week and also the emergency order issued by the Chief Judge.
