The Court finds: a. The Decedent is dead; b. Venue is proper; c. The proceeding was commenced within the time limitations prescribed by the law of this State; d. The Decedent left no valid Will, and, therefore died intestate; e. The Decedent's domicile at death was stated in the Petition; f. The Decedent's heirs are as stated in the Petition; 2. Formal administration of the estate may be maintained. 3. Petitioner Kathleen Kane is appointed to serve as Personal Representative without bond. 4. Letters of Administration shall issue for a period of three (3) years, unless renewed for good cause. 5. Unsupervised administration may be maintained. 6. As such, the Court took judicial notice of the order issued by the Chief Justice this week and also the emergency order issued by the Chief Judge.
