1 At all times relevant hereto, the plaintiff International Fleet Services, LLC
(hereinafter “IFS” or “Plaintiff’) was a limited liability company licensed to
conduct business in the State of Connecticut.
At all times relevant hereto, Haz-Pros, Inc. (hereinafter “Haz-Pros” or
“Defendant”) was a corporation licensed to conduct business in the State
of Connecticut.
At all times relevant hereto, Gregory Grinsfelder (hereinafter “Defendant
Grinsfelder”) was an employee of Haz-Pros, and a resident of Connecticut.
In or about January 2023, Defendant contracted with Plaintiff for the
repair of a 2015 Ford F-150 XL (“Ford”).
In or about January 2023, Defendant Grinsfelder authorized Plaintiff’s
repair work on the Ford.
