4, Joint custody is not appropriate as the child is only four months old. Petitioner
has no relationship with the child, and petitioner has no resources to take care of an infant.
Previous visitation has been sporadic.
WHEREFORE, Respondent prays that full custody remain with her, that petitioner’s
visitation be supervised, for attorney fees and for such other and further relief as the Court may
