CONSENT TO ORDER AUTHORIZING
CONVEYANCES AND WAIVING ACCOUNTINGS
AND CONSENT TO ORDER WAIVING THE FILING OF
THE GENERAL INVENTORY AND APPRAISEMENT
The undersigned, being an heir-at-law, legatee or devisee of Steven Scott Merrill, Deceased,
executes this acknowledged, written Consent by which the undersigned agrees that the Court may
enter an Order (1) authorizing the Personal Representative to (a) sell, grant, lease, mortgage or
encumber any real or personal property, including mineral interests, and (b) execute and issue deeds,
leases, bills of sale, notes, mortgages, easements and other documents of conveyance, without further
authorization or a return of sale or confirmation of such sale or transaction, and (2) waiving the (a)
filing of any annual accounting and/or fina! accounting and (b) the necessity for presentation of any
such accounting(s) to the Court for approval.
Further, the undersigned joins with the Personal Representative in his Application to the
Court for an Order Waiving the Filing of a General Inventory and Appraisement with the Court of
the estate's assets, as same is not necessary, for the reason that the entire estate of said decedent will
pass entirely to the Decedent's brother, Mike Merrill, by virtue of the terms and conditions of his Last
Will and Testament filed of record herein.
This Consent is executed pursuant to the provisions of Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes, § 239.
