PETITIONER’S MOTION TO PLACE PETITIONER’S MINOR CHILDREN
WITH PETITIONER DURING PENDENCY OF THIS MATTER

COMES NOW THE PETITIONER, Jamie Lynn Wyrick, by and through his
atiomey of record, Stephen P. Sniegiecki, and moves The Court to enter an order which
places Petitioner’s minor children with Petitioner during the pendency of this matter. In
support of this Motion to Strike Petitioner would state and allege as follows:

1. A Petition for Dissolution was filed in this matter on September 26, 201 2.
Along with that Petition Petitioner filed a request for certain Temporary
Orders.
