The Defendant appears in open Court before the undersigned Judge of the District Court for
failure to pay costs in the above entitled and numbered cause.
The Defendant was given an opportunity to be heard as to the Defendant’s failure to pay the
installments when due.
The Court after review of the pleadings, hearing testimony and being fully advised in the
premises finds as follows:
