STATE’S REPLY TO DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
COMES NOW the State of Oklahoma, by and through District Attorney Rex Duncan,
and provides its responses in interrogatory format, upon information and belief, to the Court, as
directed at the conclusion of the hearing on the matter herein December 16, 2016, by stating and
alleging as follows:

Attorney’s Office, attended by Detective Leatherman, Mike Fisher, Barry Robbins and
his attorney Chad Greer. State denies there were multiple meetings as implied by the
Defendant.
