Resisting Arrest 2921.33(C)(2)(D) (F4) BRYAN D. SHEPHERD Defendant. On the term Second Term 2022 Count One The Jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio, within and for the body of Medina County, on their oaths, in the name and by the authority of the State of Ohio, do find and present: Bryan D. Shepherd, on or about the Sth day of June, 2022, at the county of Medina aforesaid, did operate a motor vehicle so as willfully to elude or flee a police officer after receiving a visible or audible signal from a police officer to bring the motor vehicle to a stop and the operation of the motor vehicle by the offender caused a substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property in violation of Ohio Revised Code §2921.331(B)(C)(5)(a)(ii), Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a felony of the third degree. The offense is contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio. Count Two The Grand Jurors do further find and present: Bryan D. Shepherd, on or about the 5th day of June, 2022, at the county of Medina aforesaid, did knowingly cause serious physical harm to property that was owned, leased, or controlled by a governmental entity, to wit: a utility pole in violation of Ohio Revised Code §2909.05(B)(2) (E), Vandalism, a felony of the fifth degree. The offense is contrary to the form of the statute in such case made-and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.COPY Count Three The Grand Jurors do further find and present: Bryan D. Shepherd, on or about the 5th day of June, 2022, at the county of Medina aforesaid, did knowingly obtain, possess, or use a controlled substance and the drug involved in the violation is a compound, mixture, preparation, or substance included in Schedule I or II, to wit: Methamphetamine, a Schedule II drug and the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds five times the bulk amount but is less than fifty times the bulk amount in violation of Ohio Revised Code §2925.11(A)(C)(1)(c), Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the second degree. The offense is contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio. Count Four The Grand Jurors do further find and present: Bryan D. Shepherd, on or about the Sth day of June, 2022, at the county of Medina aforesaid, did recklessly or by force, resist or interfere with a lawful arrest of himself or another person and, during the course of the resistance or interference, brandished a deadly weapon in violation of Ohio Revised Code §2921.33(C)(2)(D), Resisting Arrest, a felony of the fourth degree. The offense is contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio. S.
