PLAINTIFF’S OBJECTION TO DEFENDANT’S
SUBPOENA ISSUED SEPTEMBER 24, 2019

Plaintiff Beverly Young objects to the subpoena issued by the Defendant in the captioned
case to Deborah Torbert on September 24, 2019. Because of this Objection, Defendant is not
entitled to the documents or things requested without an Order from the Court. 12 O.S. §
2004.1(C)(2)(b). By service of this Objection on the subpoena’s recipient, Deborah Torbert, Ms.
Torbert is advised that she is not to produce any documents or things except pursuant to an
Order of the Court.

Grounds of Objection: The subpoena served by the Defendant on Ms. Torbert is
objectionable because, among other things, it is overly broad, and it seeks things that are not
relevant to any pending proceeding…
