SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM TO PLAINTIFF’S EXPERT, MARTY FULLER,
AND MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

 

Plaintiff Justin Dean Young (‘Plaintiff’) hereby responds and objects to the Motion to
Enforce Subpoena Duces Tecum to Plaintiff's Expert, Marty Fuller (“Motion”) filed by Defendant
GEICO Casualty Company (“GEICO”) and, pursuant to 12 0.8. §§ 2004.1(C)(3) and 3226(C)(1),
requests the Court quash the Subpoena Duces Tecum (“Subpoena”) and enter a protective order.
