DEFENDANT CSAA’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES
AND BRIEF IN SUPPORT

COMES NOW the Defendant, CSAA Fire & Casualty Insurance Company (“CSAA”), by
and through its attorneys of record, James N. Edmonds and Kirsten L. Palfreyman, of the law firm
of Atkinson, Haskins, Nellis, Brittingham, Gladd & Fiasco of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and pursuant to
12 OS. § 696.4(B) and 36 O.S. § 3629, hereby moves for an Order of this Court holding CSAA is
entitled to recover attomey’s fees and an Order setting a hearing for determination of the amount
of fees to be recovered based on evidence presented by CSAA in this Motion and to be presented
at said hearing. CSAA’s request for attorneys’ fees is supported by the Affidavit of James N.
