Plaintiff appears before the Court by BRENT D. GREEN, Attorney at

Law.

Defendant, although lawfully summoned, defaults.
The Court hears evidence on the Petition of Plaintiff.
The Court finds that Defendant owes Plaintiff principal of

$30,666.16, interest thereon at the rate of 15.5 percent per annum

from March 25, 2008, attorney's fee of $1,500.00 and court costs and

sheriff's fees through the date of judgment of $125.00 together with
all post judgment court costs and sheriff's fees.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COURT ORDERS AND ADJUDGES that Plaintiff have

and recover from Defendant $30,666.16 and interest thereon at the rate

of 15.5 percent per annum from March 25, 2008 and Plaintiff's
