BELTRAN (“Plaintiff”), through his respective counsel of record, pursuant to Sections 404.1 and 404.4 of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Rule 1544 of the California Rules of Court, hereby submits this request for an order coordinating the action entitled Hector M. Beltran, et al., v. General Motors Corporation, et al. This request is made on the grounds that Beltran arises from a common set of facts and alleges essentially the same antitrust and unfair competition violations by the same defendants in the coordinated actions, Automobile Antitrust Cases Land JI (JCCP Nos. 4298 and 4303), coordination of these actions will advance the convenience of the parties, witnesses and counsel, avoid the risk of duplicative or inconsistent rulings, orders and judgments, and serve the interests of justice.
