NOW COMES Charles H. Emmett, Jr. (Emmett), Plaintiff in the above-styled and
numbered case, and files this his Second Amended Petition, complaining of Gina
Willemsen (Willemsen) and the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), and would
respectfully show the Court as follows:

1. Discovery in this case should be conducted under Level 2 of Tex. R. Civ.

2. Plaintiff Charles H. Emmett, Jr. is an individual who resides in
Williamson County, Texas.
3. Defendant Gina Willemsen is an individual, employed by the Austin
