                          FOREST MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on September 19, 2019 by 1) Adam Dickson, 2)
Stephen and Karin Meyer, 3) Joseph and Frances Mosko, 4) Michael Mosko, 5) Robert Mosko, 6)
Mike Onalfo, 7) Duc Tran, and 8) Virginia Varkonyi, hereinafter referred to as “OWNERS”, and
James Hildreth, Hildreth Forestry Consulting, hereinafter called “FORESTER”.

1. TERM/OWNERS PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS
The term of this Agreement shall be from the date this Agreement is signed by all parties to the
completion of timber harvest operations or plan expiration or as allowed under Item 6 below.
During the term of this Agreement, FORESTER shall be the exclusive forester of OWNERS
forestland property. OWNERS properties are located in Santa Cruz County, California in portions
of Township 9 South, Range 2 West, Sections 9 & 16, MDB&M.
