I have read the Ongmal Petition and Application for lnJunct,ve relief and all statements and information therein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I am the Plaintiff in the above number and styled cause of action. I, together with my family purchased and live on the following property located at 11929 Acosta Circle s, Mission, Texas 78573, Hidalgo County, Texas 78577; more specifically described as: Lot Twenty-Five (25), 107 WEST SUBDIVISION, Hidalgo County, Texas, per map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 21 ,Page 141, Hidalgo County, Texas. I purchased the property from Blanca Castaneda on September 13, 2007, and completely paid it off in 2017. For several years I have been trying to get the title to the property transferred to me but it was never done because Mrs. Castaneda passed away. !he above property is my family home where I live with my hu~band and our children and It constitutes our homestead. I have learned that the property Is set for foreclosure.
