       Pursuant to Practice Book §13-4, the Defendant, Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc. hereby

Objects to Plaintiff, Medaije Mamudi’s 2nd Notice of Compliance (Pleading No. 125.00) on

grounds that Plaintiff still has not fully complied with Defendant’s Interrogatories & Request for

Production dated December 7, 2020 (Pleading No. 103.00).           In support of this Objection,
