Defendant, Jennifer Blackwell (“Defendant”), pursuant to Title 12 Okla. St. Ann. §
1757(B), respectfully requests that the action be transferred from this Court to The District Court
in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. In support of this motion, Defendant states the following:
1 The amount in controversy to this action exceeds Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) or more.
2. The action affects Defendant’s ownership in the property in question and cannot be the
subject of a FED Action.
WHEREFORE, Defendant, prays that the motion to transfer be granted.
