2 This matter arises out of an automobile accident that occurred on March 30, 2021.
3 The Complaint was filed on November 8, 2022.
4 By e-mail dated February 13, 2023, Plaintiff propounded an informal Notice to
Produce. Defendant Door Dash requested a formal Notice to Produce. That e-mail exchange
is attached as Exhibit A.
5 A formal Notice to Produce was then propounded on Defendant Door Dash. The
cover letter, Notice to Produce and e-mail are attached as Exhibit B.
6 A reminder e-mail was sent to Defendant Door Dash on April 13, 2023. That e-mail
is attached as Exhibit C.
7 To date, Defendant Door Dash has not responded to the Notice to Produce or
requested an extension.
8 Plaintiff is not in default with respect to Discovery.
9 In light of the foregoing, it is requested that Defendant Door Dash be compelled to
respond to Plaintiff's Notice to Produce.
