                        22 the Los Angeles County Superior Court located at 111 N. Hill Street, Los Angeles, California,

                        23 90012, Defendant Knights of Columbus (“KofC”) intends to and does hereby move this Court to

                        24 enter judgment in favor of the moving party notwithstanding the verdict rendered by the jury on

                        25 September 29, 2022.

                        26                 This motion is made on the ground that the evidence received at trial is insufficient as a

                        27 matter of law to support the jury’s verdict; and that a motion for directed verdict in favor of the
