Plaintiff seeks to amend her complaint, but the particulars of the desired amendment are unclear. Plaintiff does not include a copy of the proposed amendment as required. Nor does she comply with the other procedural requirements set forth in California Rules of Court, rule 3.1324. While leave to amend is liberally granted, especially early in the litigation as in this case, the motion must comply with the procedural requirements.
