This Motion to Lift Stay is brought by MARCELO SOTO QUIK, Petitioner, who shows
in support:
1 On May 19, 2023, this Court ordered a stay in this cause.
2. The reason for the stay requested that Petitioner provide the information required
under Tex. Fam. Code §152.209(c).
3 Petitioner hereby files this motion with the required information and incorporates
it by reference. (Exhibit “A” Affidavit for UCCJEA Information)
4 Petitioner requests the court to lift the stay, and proceed to a set this case for a
prove up at the next available date.
