     TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
              PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that 0n May             13,   2022, after having taken Plaintiff and Cross-Defendant

     Craig Garrick’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction under submission, the Court ruled as follows:

                     Garrick’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction          is   DENIED.

                     A11 currently scheduled motions will be heard after Defendants              CVF        Capital Partners, Inc.,
