                    A Motion for Summary Judgment was filed on April 13, 2023 by Defendants.               Plaintiff

            was granted an extension of time to respond.    Thereafter, Defendants filed a Combined Motion to

            Quash   Subpoenas and for a Protective Order on May          22, 2023.    Plaintiff filed a Motion for

            Reconsideration on May 23, 2023.     Defendants then filed an Amended Combined Motion to Quash

            Subpoenas and for Protective Order on May 24, 2023.         The Amended Motion corrected several

            dates that were wrong in the original filing.      Plaintiff then filed   a Motion on May     25, 2023

            Defendants filed a Memorandum Contra to the Motion for Reconsideration on June 7, 2023.              On

            June 9, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Motion requesting more time to respond to the Motion for Summary

            Judgment.     Plaintiff then filed a Reply in support of the Motion for Reconsideration on June 15,

            2023

                    Plaintiff has requested several depositions and Defendants have objected.           The current

            depositions set on July 27, 2023 are hereby ORDERD           STAYED.       Parties are ORDERED        to

            re-schedule the depositions that were the subject of both the May 22, 2023 and July 24, 2023

            Motions to Quash       and for Protective Order on a date and time convenient for both parties

            Although the discovery cutoff date has passed, Plaintiff shall be allowed to take only the

            depositions already sought in the interest of justice.

                    Briefing on the Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby ORDERED STAYED pending

            the depositions.   A new briefing schedule shall be set after the parties find agreeable dates for the

            depositions.

                    IT IS SO ORDERED.
