That pursuant to the records of the LaPorte County Auditor's Office, Kathryn Harrison is currently the owner of a parcel of real estate commonly known as 8149 E. Ivy Boulevard, New Carlisle, Indiana and more particularly described as follows: Lots 3066, 3067, 3030, 303] and the Soutlt One-Half (1/2) of Lt 3068 in. Hudson Lake Beach, said Hudson Lake Beach consisting of two (2) subdivisions, recorded in Recorder's Office of LaPorte County, Indiana, November 2, 1927, in the Records No. 6 on pages N0. 18 and No. 19, shown as Documents No. 14611 and No. 14612. PARCEL NUMBER: 46-04—28-159m005.000-050 4 That, pursuant to I.C. 36-2-9-18, the Auditor's duties are to make endorsements as required by said statute (36-2-]1~14) for recording. 5 That said property was duly entered for taxation and that the ownership of the transfer, the legal description of the transfer and the tax identification number identifying the affected property are all correct and affixed to said instruments. That the instruments that were tendered to the LaPorte County Auditor f01' transfer complied with the Auditor's records and Indiana Statutes and that the parcel identification number was affixed, the legal description on the various documents presented and the ownership on said documents was correct. 6 That pursuant to the documents that were tendered and presented, the current ownership of the above-described parcel is in the name of Kathryn Harrison.
