                             ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE CASES

                      This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of CapitalPlus Construction Services,

           LLC to Consolidate Cases, filed by CapifalPlus Construction Services, LLC on March 2, 2023.

           CapitalPlus Construction moves this court to consolidate its newly filed Case No. 23 CV 1259

           pending before Judge Jeffrey Brown under the rest of the above captioned cases (Case Nos. 22

           CV    7851, 21 EX      221, 21 EX   222, 20 CV 7896, 21 CV   7468, 22 CV    1544) that are already

           consolidated and pending before Judge Andy        Miller, pursuant to Civil Rule 42(A) and Local

           Rule 31.02.

                   In the absence of objection from any non-moving party, the Court finds that those

           questions of Jaw and     fact common     to all seven cases would   further the interest of judicial

           economy. CapitalPlus Consiruction’s motion is well taken and is hereby GRANTED.

                   Case No. 23 CV    1259 is hereby consolidated with Cases 22 CV 7851, 21 EX 221,21          EX

           222, 20 CV 7896, 21 CV 7468, 22 CV         1544 and shall be transferred to Judge Miller’s docket,

           The parties are also reminded that, pursuant to Loc. R. 31.02(E)(2), all future filings in these

           consolidated cases shall bear the complete captions of all consolidated cases and shall be filed in

           each case.
