Pursuant to the Court’s order dated October 10, 2023, and C.G.S §§ 51-345, and 51-347b,
the Plaintiff, Mishel Khamo, moves the Court to transfer venue in this matter from the Judicial
District of Hartford to the Judicial District of New Britain. The Plaintiff in this case resides in
New Britain, and the Defendant resides in Bristol. Consequently, New Britain is the proper
venue in this matter. Plaintiff filed this matter in Hartford in error.
WEREFOR, the Plaintiff requests that this matter be transferred to New Britan as it was
filed in the wrong JD by accident.
