COMES NOW, Petitioner, dorothy smith, and hereby petitions this Honorable Court for a writ of
prohibition to prohibit Respondent, JUDGE KATIE DEARING, of the Circuit Court of the 4th
Judicial Circuit, from presiding over this matter, and states as follows:
